Principle and applcation of sludge cutting machine:

The sludge cutting machine is composed of core components such as single-axis cutter head, cutter head and spindle, which can cut particles through high-speed rotation. It is mainly for the large solid particles, long fibers, plastic film, convenient bags, wood blocks, paper, rubber and other objects with strong obstruction to enter the pipeline, so that the machine can produce sticky groups and other phenomena, and independently developed supporting equipment according to foreign equipment. The machine is a sealed operation,generally used in the front end of feed screw pump of centrifugal dewatering equipment in dewatering room or in the process of industrial products.

​​​​​​​Sludge cutting machine is composed of single shaft with cutter head, cutter head spindle and other core parts.  The auxiliary equipment is developed independently according to foreign advanced equipment, mainly for the existence of large solid particles, long fiber, plastic film, convenient bags and other obstructing objects into the pipeline, so that the sticky group phenomenon occurs in the machine.  The machine is sealed operation, generally suitable for the feed screw pump of centrifugal dehydration equipment in the dehydration room or in the process of products.
